Mission

The mission of the Crosswind Elementary School Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive, data-driven program that includes classroom lessons, individual and group counseling, responsive services, parent meetings, and community networking.

Vision

The vision of the Crosswind Elementary School Counseling Department is to promote personal, social, emotional, academic, and college/career readiness competency development in a systemic approach for all students that will enhance academic proficiency and advancement necessary to prepare them for future challenges while working collaboratively with educators, families, and the community.
