Dear Parents,
Do you like to be involved at school? Have you ever been interested in serving on the Crosswind PTA, but didn’t want to make the time commit? Would you like to make a short-term commitment and sample the opportunities that the Crosswind PTA has to offer?
We are looking for members of the Crosswind PTA General Body to serve on the
“Committee on Nominations and Leadership Development”.
The objective of this committee is to nominate candidates to fill each Crosswind PTA Executive Committee Officer position for the coming term. The committee will confer with candidates as to their willingness to serve and report its recommended slate of nominees to the General Body at the April 3rd meeting.
The committee consists of the following members:
- (2) current members of the Crosswind PTA Executive Committee
- (1) Crosswind teacher representative
…and your position…
- (2) members of the Crosswind PTA General Body (You must be a member of the PTA to participate. If you aren’t currently a member, we can get you signed up!)
This is a short term commitment. You would serve on the PTA from the date of election, February 6th, to the committee announcing the slate at the April 3rd meeting. To apply, you must be able to attend the February 6th General Body Meeting.
